Refund & Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard — no email or phone call is required.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep full access to your paid plan until that date, and you will not be charged again after it.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current cycle.

• If you were charged more than once for the same billing cycle, or charged in error, you are entitled to a refund of the incorrect amount.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method via Razorpay. The time for the amount to appear on your statement may vary by bank or card issuer.

• Partial billing periods. We do not provide automatic or pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle after a cancellation. Your access simply continues until the end of the cycle you already paid for.
• Unused credits. Ad-generation credits are not refundable and do not roll over. Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle, and any credits left unused at the end of a cycle expire.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or want to raise a billing dispute, contact our support team at support@kogenie.com with your account email and the transaction details. We will review your request and respond promptly, and process any approved refund within the 5–7 business day window described above.
