Dear Investors,

We know you’re asking two big questions:

If KOgenie becomes successful, will the returns justify the risk?

Does this team have what it takes to make it happen?

Let me answer both with honesty, and from the bottom of my heart.

01. Will the returns be worth the risk?

If you’re an investor, your job isn’t to fall in love with our vision (though we would love it if you do). Your job is to judge the outcome.

Our job is to build the drivers
that make that outcome possible.

And we’re doing exactly that.

We’re solving a real problem that
millions of businesses face.

And we’re already seeing the
possibilities to be venturing into
adjacent markets.

Our solution improves as more
people use it.
Scale is our superpower.

We’d love to show you the specifics (privately, for confidentiality reasons).
But here’s what you need to know: the foundations are solid.

02. Can the team pull it off?

A lot of people judge teams based on what they know right now. We don’t.

It’s like valuing principal over interest in compounding. It just doesn’t make sense.

Are we the best team in the world? We’re too early to claim that.
